The Observances insert is a monthly companion designed for gentle noticing. Each page pairs a small calendar grid with thirty-one numbered lines, giving you space to follow a single thread across a month — a mood, a meal, a moment, or anything that asks to be remembered. It offers just enough structure to anchor a daily practice while leaving room for interpretation and curiosity.
