Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on orders shipped within Canada or to the United States.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, colours, and what’s included before purchasing. If you have questions, email us at hello@withlovearchive.com. We’re happy to help you choose.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please email hello@withlovearchive.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the affected item and, where relevant, the packaging.

Please keep the affected item and packaging until we’ve reviewed the issue. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed upon, we’ll confirm the amount and any required next steps by email. If a return is required, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where supported. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. If an alternative refund arrangement is necessary, we’ll discuss it with you directly.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Cancellations & Order Changes

To request a cancellation or order change, please email hello@withlovearchive.com within 24 hours of placing your order, including your order number and the details of your request.

Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests received within this window, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.

A request does not guarantee cancellation or a change. Please wait for our email confirmation. Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes.
