The System

The cover is a refillable A5 six-ring binder that holds whatever inserts you choose. The insert collections are designed around different dimensions of the inner life: Chronology (your time), Inventory (your thoughts), Cadence (your patterns), and Curation (your taste). You start with what feels most relevant, and build from there.

No. Each collection works independently. Most people start with one or two and add as their practice deepens. There's no correct order and no system to maintain, just a record to build.

No. The archive works on whatever rhythm is real for you. It doesn't have a streak to protect. A page filled on a Wednesday afternoon counts exactly as much as one filled every morning for a week. Consistency matters less than return — the practice is built in coming back, not in never leaving.

With Love Archive offers flat rate shipping to Canada and USA.

Please keep in mind that customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or by the selected carrier. These fees vary so we are not able to provide an estimate. We are not responsible for any additional charges when importing our goods.

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it's on its way.

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@withlovearchive.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Used or opened inserts cannot be returned. If there's a quality issue with the paper or printing, reach out and we'll resolve it.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original (within 14 days, unused and unopened) and place a new order. Email us at hello@withlovearchive.com and we'll do what we can to make the process smooth.
