Ordering & Payment
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email us at hello@withlovearchive.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.
We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
How can I cancel an order I made?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. You can still cancel the order!
Please email us at hello@withlovearchive.com with the word “cancel” in the subject line and include your order number. We cannot guarantee order cancellations as we ship very quickly but we will do our best.

What are the dimensions of the planner covers?
Our covers are 9.25’ x 14.96’
it’s compatible with A5 sized inserts and accessories (5.8’ x 8.3’)
What type of paper do you use?
We use two carefully chosen paper types across our insert collection — both designed to support thoughtful writing, daily use, and long-term archiving.
Our Original Edition Inserts (our first release) are printed on
- 120gsm (80lb), bright white
- Ultra-smooth and substantial feel
Our newer inserts, including updated layouts and entirely new designs, are printed on
- 118gsm (80lb), bright white
- Satin-finish, ultra smooth, substantial feel
- Green Seal Certified, Lignin-Free,produced with wind-generated electricity, processed chlorine free, made with 30% post consumer waste fiber.
Both papers are acid-free (resist yellowing over time), FSC®-certified, and printed in small batches using sustainable practices.
The designs between editions may differ slightly to reflect ongoing refinement and feedback. Please check the product description and images to see which edition you're purchasing.
How often should I purchase refills?
How often you’ll need to purchase refills depends on how you use your personal archive. Some people enjoy writing daily, while others use their inserts for weekly planning or occasional notes. All our planning pages are undated, so you can purchase refills in advance and use them whenever you are read without worrying about wasted pages or missed time.
Whenever your pages begin to fill up or you’re ready to try a new layout, you can easily add more refills. We encourage you to build your system at your own pace—there’s no right or wrong way.
If you have questions about which refills are best for your needs, we’re always happy to help. Just send us a message anytime.
How do I care for my cover or inserts?
We recommend gently wiping your cover with a soft cloth. For inserts, any pen works beautifully on our premium papers.
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes, we’re happy to include a note—just let us know in the order notes at checkout!
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We are working on it! Currently, we only ship to Canada (At the moment, we’ve hit pause on shipping to the United States while we search for a more reliable and sustainable shipping solution. We know this may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience!)

Please keep in mind that customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or by the selected carrier. These fees vary so we are not able to provide an estimate. We are not responsible for any additional charges when importing our goods.
Shipping:
With Love Archive offers flat rate shipping to Canada and USA.
The estimated shipping time at checkout does not include processing time.

Returns
We’re dedicated to offering thoughtful, beautifully crafted pieces for your everyday rituals. If your order isn’t quite what you hoped for, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, simply email us at hello@withlovearchive.com with your order number and details. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that, as a small studio, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or if there’s an issue, please reach out within 30 days of purchase so we can make it right!
