The Personal Archive Starter System is the original With Love Archive system — a refillable A5 cover and three collections of inserts designed to hold your time, your thoughts, and the patterns of your inner life.
This curated set pairs our signature linen-like leather Archive Cover with a collection of core inserts: a six-month chronology, a project planning suite, and functional inventory pages. Together, they create a foundation that you can expand and customize as your archive grows.

A Note on Quality
Everything in the With Love Archive system is chosen for how it holds up over time
All inserts are thoughtfully printed in Toronto and finished in our studio. As with all printed goods, minor imperfections may occur — these do not affect the usability or quality of the product.
We print in small batches and inspect every order before it ships. If something isn't right, we want to know.

Shipping & Processing
All orders are lovingly packed in our studio. Please allow 3–4 business days for processing.
We ship within Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for Canada and 5–10 business days for the US. Timelines are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at hello@withlovearchive.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect in which case, we'll cover it.
Used or opened inserts cannot be returned. If there's a quality issue with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.
